About the Role: Support customers at the trade counter with product knowledge and sales service Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in-branch interactions Assist with warehouse tasks: receiving, stock control, picking, packing, and dispatch Maintain a clean and organised warehouse and showroom Support the broader team in day-to-day operations, ensuring excellent customer experience Collaborate closely in a small, supportive team environment About You: You might be early in your career and keen to learn or bring years of experience - the right attitude is what matters most.
