Our store is easy to reach by car with onsite and nearby parking, has bus access, and is close to shops, cafés and eateries for breaks. About the Role As an experienced retail assistant, you will play a key role in shaping the customer experience in our new format. This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in customer service, product knowledge, and in-store operations who is ready to step up. Ideally, you’ll have 2 years of experience, supporting leadership tasks such as opening and closing the store, supporting new team members, and stepping into a lead role as the store grows. You will: Build trusted relationships with customers, especially new and expectant parents Share expert knowledge and confidently demonstrate our wide product range Support merchandising and stock management to maintain a high standard Be a steady, reliable presence with the opportunity to step into more responsibility About You You are a capable and dependable retail professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting. You take initiative, lead by example, and bring a warm, knowledgeable presence to your work.
