We are currently looking for a strong all round Architect to join a mid-sized practice based in North Sydney. Our client specialises in high profile hospitality and mixed use projects and with a strong pipeline of work, they have a need for a design focused Architect to work across the early stage of projects in the $20M to $60M scale. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 -10 years local experience, a well developed design sense and broadly based project leadership skills with previous experience of working across Architectural and Interior elements of projects and strong skills through all of the design stages. You will work closely with the Design Director, lead in early brief and concept stages. You'll then take the project into documentation and see it through to fruition, leading a small team along the way. Revit skills are a must! Ideally with past exposure and involvement across the hospitality and mixed use multi-residential sectors.
