As an approved repairer for Mercedes, Lexus and Audi, the shop maintains state-of-the-art, dealer-approved tooling and technology including specialised aluminium repair bays. The site is easy to reach from the Maroondah Highway or Blackburn Train Station. The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Officer to join the team at BMB Prestige Blackburn VIC. As a Customer Service professional, you will be assisting and supporting our wider team and managers with administration support and providing our customers updates regarding their vehicle repairs. The role offers a permanent position, Monday to Friday. Role responsibilities Ensuring the environment is always customer friendly Greeting customers on arrival. Keeping our customers informed about the repair process and anticipated completion dates for their vehicles Contacting customer to ensure that they are satisfied with the AMA experience Telephone and email correspondence Supporting management with inventory (parts, paint, consumables etc) Liaise with insurance providers regarding claims/repairs Does this sound like you?
