Role Overview I've partnered with a well-established Australian operation within a global machinery manufacturer. This is their local head office and main site, supporting parts, machines, and attachments across the country. You'll be the go-to person for day-to-day warehouse, yard, and parts support. Receiving and dispatching stock. Keeping the yard organised. Managing paperwork. Supporting parts orders. Helping wherever needed. This role suits someone who enjoys routine, responsibility, and being part of a team that genuinely looks out for each other. The pace is manageable, the systems are clear, and training is provided. Responsibilities Receive, unpack, inspect, and dispatch parts, machines, and attachments Pick, pack, and process parts orders for internal and external customers Forklift operation, moving large machines and equipment around the yard Maintain accurate paperwork and system records Support inventory control, stocktakes, and audits Keep the warehouse and yard clean, safe, and organised Assist with loading, unloading, and basic yard movements Support warranty parts handling and general warehouse duties Follow WHS procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Full training will be provided. This is not a heavy labour role. Most parts are small items, with equipment and training provided for anything larger. Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone early in their warehousing or logistics career who wants a stable, long-term role with room to learn. You might be a pick packer, storeperson, or warehouse assistant who wants something more settled with more career opportunities. Or someone from automotive, parts, or yard-based work who enjoys practical, hands-on tasks. What matters most is attitude, reliability, and attention to detail. You will be trained on everything else You'll bring: 1 years' experience in warehousing, stores, yard work, or parts and inventory A willingness to learn parts, systems, and machinery Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process A team-first mindset and good sense of humour Forklift licence - Or willingness to do the course (all costs are covered) Driver's licence preferred, or the train station is within walking distance Culture & Benefits You'll be joining a small, friendly, down-to-earth team where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
