This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, efficient financial processes and high‑quality service delivery for our Support at Home clients. This is a full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday, offering flexibility to work across any of our Melbourne offices (Forest Hill, Bundoora, Ravenhall or Dandenong South) in a supportive hybrid work environment. Key Responsibilities Provide daily administrative support to the Support at Home program Assist in coordinating and ensuring accurate, timely billing processes. Maintain and update fee structure changes within internal systems. Liaise with external providers regarding service information and account matters. Manage complaints and grievances in a timely and professional manner. Complete data entry tasks and ensure financial information is recorded according to organisational standards. Perform financial administrative duties, including invoice reconciliation. Support communication flow between the internal teams and brokered service providers. Ensure compliance with privacy, confidentiality, and organisational policies. Prepare reports and relevant documentation as required. What do we need from you? Certificate III or IV in Office Administration (or equivalent experience). Previous experience in an administrative support role. Strong data entry skills with high accuracy. Experience in financial administration, including invoice reconciliation. Understanding of account management processes and ability to manage large volumes of financial data. Experience using computerised financial systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to learn new systems and digital platforms quickly. Strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced team.
