The Recruitment & Employee Services team plays a vital role in supporting the hospital’s workforce by ensuring efficient recruitment, onboarding, and compliance processes. We’re looking for an organised and reliable Recruitment & Employee Services Administration Officer to provide essential administrative support across recruitment, onboarding and workforce compliance at RMH. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detailed work and wants to develop experience in recruitment administration, compliance follow-up and people services within a large, fast-paced healthcare environment. You’ll support job advertising, onboarding coordination, compliance tracking and respond to enquiries from candidates and staff, helping ensure a smooth and positive people experience. What You’ll Be Doing Posting job advertisements and supporting recruitment administration. Following up workforce compliance requirements (e.g. AHPRA, WWCC, police checks, VEVO). Supporting onboarding for graduates, students, volunteers and large intakes. Responding to phone and email enquiries in a professional and helpful way. Processing invoices and supporting general team administration. Keeping intranet pages, forms and templates up to date. About You You enjoy administration and take pride in being organised and accurate. You have experience in admin, recruitment support, HR or customer service You’re confident juggling tasks and meeting deadlines. You communicate clearly and professionally.
