FindStaff are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant for a 12-month term, based at a Mechanical & Industrial Engineering company in Dandenong South. Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm * Hourly rate will be dependent on experience and starting at $28.00 The successful candidate will be able to accurately complete the following duties: Raise purchase orders and invoices Receipt supplier invoices Complete data entry Manage critical product/workshop inventory levels Create job folders and archive All other administration tasks as directed *This position is a 12 month term to cover a staff member on maternity leave and any experience in a similar role will be highly favoured.
