Your new role: You will provide high‑quality administrative and secretarial support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of MSAMHS teams. In this role, you will: * Deliver confidential executive and administrative support, including preparing high‑quality documents and maintaining accurate records. * Manage diaries, schedule and prioritise meetings, coordinate supporting documentation, and ensure seamless meeting logistics. * Provide high‑level secretariat support such as room bookings, car parking coordination, equipment setup and catering. * Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support effective communication and workflow across the service. Two positions available: * Facilities (Full Time, 5‑month contract - possibility of extension) * Governance and Social Inclusion and Recovery (Full Time, 9‑month contract - possibility of extension) Both roles share the same core purpose and responsibilities, supporting Governance, Social Inclusion & Recovery, and Executive Services teams. About you: You are an organised, proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys supporting diverse teams. You will bring: * Strong administrative and secretarial skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the professionalism, discretion and diplomacy to work confidently with staff at all levels. * Solid working knowledge of office software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, databases) and the ability to quickly learn new systems such as S4/HANA. * A commitment to quality, safety, inclusivity and continuous improvement in everything you do.
