About your opportunity The Administrative Officer provides and maintains an efficient and effective, ethical and confidential administrative support service to the Pharmacy Department under the direction of the Administration Team Leader PLEASE NOTE: This is a temporary part-time, commencing ASAP - 31/01/2027, working 30.4 hours per fortnight. There is a possibility of an extension up to the 04/08/2027. How you will be assessed * Demonstrated ability in providing high quality administrative support with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. * Proven ability to plan, meet deadlines and prioritise workloads. * Effective communication skills, both oral and written, including the ability to liaise with clients and staff at all levels using tact and confidentiality, and the ability to function as a member of a team. * Proven ability in the utilisation of Microsoft Word and Excel, and ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of hospital-based systems such as HBCIS, DSS, FAMMIS and Outlook.
