They’re looking for a capable Site Manager who enjoys running an organised site, working with realistic programs, and being trusted to do the job properly. This is a straightforward, well-supported role—no FIFO, no weekend pressure, and no last-minute fire drills. Just a properly planned project with a builder that values professionalism and balance. What You’ll Be Doing Take full responsibility for daily site operations through to completion Coordinate trades, suppliers, and site schedules to maintain momentum Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards on site Work closely with the Project Manager to resolve issues early Keep communication clear across subcontractors, clients, and internal teams What You’ll Bring Proven experience managing commercial or retail construction projects Comfortable delivering builds typically in the $5M–$20M range Practical, organised leadership style with a calm approach on site Strong knowledge of WA construction requirements and WHS Able to commit to a Monday–Friday on-site role in Australind Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $130K–$140K Super, based on experience Stable, long-term role with a WA-owned builder Predictable hours and genuine work–life balance Supportive leadership and sensible delivery programs Opportunity to build longevity with a respected local contractor If you’re looking for a Site Manager role that’s steady, well-run, and backed by a builder who looks after their people, this is a strong option.
