MARS Recruitment are actively recruiting for a Procurement & Facilities Administrator for an immediate temporary requirement, initially offered as a 3-month contract with strong potential to transition to permanent for the right candidate. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role supporting procurement and facilities maintenance operations. You will play a key role in ensuring maintenance activities are well-coordinated, purchase orders are compliant, and contractors are managed efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Ensure Purchase Orders are raised for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities * Receipt POs once work is completed * Review, manage, and complete work requests within the maintenance management system * Capture, upload, and maintain maintenance documentation and reports * Allocate work to in-house maintenance teams or external contractors, assign priorities, and follow up service sheets * Source and review quotes, validating scope and pricing against existing contracts * Monitor maintenance progress and support investigation of contract execution issues * Assist with contract variations and related documentation Skills & Experience * Previous experience in procurement, facilities, maintenance coordination, or administration * Experience working with a variety of systems * Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities * Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach * Comfortable working in a compliance-driven environment * Immediately available or available at short notice If this sounds like an opportunity you'd like to explore, please apply today.
