About the role The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to the clinical services of the Cardiac Investigations Unit for clients of The Prince Charles Hospital. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: * Provide support for the daily operational activities of the Cardiac Investigations Unit clinics, including reception duties, patient admissions, accurate referral and data management, and appointment scheduling, in accordance with relevant Queensland Health policies, procedures, and legislative guidelines. * Participate in telephone call center operations within the unit, attending to internal and external enquiries. * Manage the ordering and distribution of patient medical charts, chart preparation, patient registration, and filing, in order to maintain organised and accessible patient information. * Liaise with patients from regional areas and coordinate travel arrangements to return home following procedures.
