About the Role Due to continued growth, we're expanding our team and are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join us. This role is best suited to someone who brings strong hands-on experience in both estimating and supervising, particularly with complex and higher-value insurance claims. You'll spend your time conducting site assessments, preparing detailed scopes of work, and managing end-to-end project delivery. When not on-site, you'll be based in our office in Murarrie, coordinating trades and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. Who We're Looking For An experienced construction professional with a solid background in insurance estimating and project supervision. Confident in managing complex claims, balancing multiple priorities, and producing high-quality results. You understand insurance repair workflows and can confidently engage with clients, insurers, trades, and suppliers. Must-haves: Relevant trade qualification (e.g. Carpentry) QBCC license and White Card Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating and site supervision within insurance repairs Valid Australian Driver's Licence Strong knowledge of residential building practices, insurance repairs, construction codes, and standards Proficient with digital tools and project management software Highly regarded: Certificate IV in Building and Construction What You'll Do Conduct detailed on-site assessments and prepare accurate costed scopes of work using Prime Manage end-to-end delivery of insurance repair projects, with a focus on complex and high-value claims Allocate work orders, coordinate trades, and track milestones to ensure quality and timely outcomes Carry out site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with insurer requirements, company standards, and WHS regulations Identify and process variations efficiently to maintain accurate scopes and financial tracking Maintain clear documentation for compliance and audit purposes Provide guidance and mentoring to junior estimators/supervisors where required Act as the main point of contact for clients, insurers, and subcontractors to manage communication and resolve issues What You'll Get We value our people and provide the tools and support you need to succeed.
