It provides expert clinical practice, advice and consultation to multidisciplinary teams, strengthening care from hospital to community. Using advanced skills in complex assessment, risk identification, advocacy and legislation, the role ensures safe, effective and ethically grounded patient outcomes. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: * Advanced skills in assessment, intervention and decision‑making to support families with complex needs, including at‑risk children and bereaved parents, delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred and trauma‑informed care. * Leads a complex caseload across adults, children and families, working independently within an interprofessional team while exercising strong professional judgement and accessing supervision when needed. * Providing strong clinical leadership through staff supervision and development, supporting evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement. * Providing clinical advice and applying clinical expertise to assist multidisciplinary care by effectively integrating the social work perspective and collaboration as required to improve health outcomes.
