This is a structured, office-based position suited to someone who values accuracy, forward planning, and smooth project flow. You’ll play a key role in keeping construction programs realistic, organised, and on track—working closely with site and prestart teams to avoid delays before they happen. What You’ll Be Responsible For Developing and maintaining construction schedules from prestart through to completion Liaising with Site Supervisors, Estimators, and Procurement to align programs Reviewing plans, variations, and material lead times for scheduling accuracy Monitoring progress and resolving clashes or delays early Managing daily scheduling and reporting through Databuild What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a residential scheduling role Strong knowledge of single-storey home build sequencing Confident, hands-on Databuild experience (essential) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Clear communicator who works well across internal teams Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $90K–$95K Super, based on experience Permanent role with steady workflow and job security Supportive leadership and a practical, down-to-earth culture Long-term position with internal growth opportunities If you enjoy structure, forward planning, and being part of a builder that runs clean, organised builds, this is a solid next step.
