Your Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our team on a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our site services operations, keeping projects on track, supporting engineering teams, and ensuring compliance is always up-to-date. Key Responsibilities General site administration tasks to support smooth operations Employee timekeeping and data entry Finance administration, including raising purchase orders, goods receipting, and customer invoicing Administration of site induction systems Coordinating employee inductions and uploading compliance documentation Engineering administration support, including completing drawing handover documentation Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance is highly regarded About You Experienced in administrative roles (minimum 2 years preferred) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience with CRM systems and PRONTO ERP is an advantage Positive, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities What We Offer Professional, supportive, and friendly team environment Career development and training opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for you and your family If you’re ready to contribute to a vital operations role and grow your career with NEPEAN, click Apply Now to submit your application.
