Sydney CBD Overview: The Engineering Team Lead will guide and inspire a team of software engineers to build and deliver a cutting-edge Web/2Web3 platform, driving excellence in engineering practices and shaping the company's broader strategy. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of software engineers to build a novel Web2/Web3 platform. Deliver an industry-leading platform and exceptional experiences to diverse customers. Drive excellence in engineering practices, company culture, and strategy development. Coach and mentor your team to foster growth in technical, analytical, and soft skills. Requirements: 8 years of experience in software/technology roles and 2 years managing teams of 4. Proven ability to lead customer-focused teams and collaborate with Product Management, Research, Marketing, and executive leadership. Expertise in cloud-native technologies (preferably GCP) and experience architecting Web2/Web3 products at scale.
