About the Role TEN Recruitment is working with a well-regarded commercial builder to appoint a Junior Contracts Administrator on a major $40M aged care development. This is a hands-on, site-based role designed for someone serious about building a long-term career in commercial construction. You’ll be closely supported by Senior CAs, gaining real exposure to how large projects are run—from procurement through to final account. It’s a practical learning environment with structure, guidance, and clear progression. What You’ll Be Doing Support contract administration across the full project lifecycle Assist with variations, progress claims, cost tracking, and reporting Prepare RFQs, subcontractor packages, and commercial documentation Maintain accurate registers, records, and project systems Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams What We’re Looking For Some experience in contract administration or commercial construction Strong organisational skills and willingness to learn on the job Clear communicator with good attention to detail Confident using Microsoft Office (construction systems a bonus) Full Australian working rights and Perth-based What’s On Offer $95K–$110K Super , aligned with experience Site-based exposure on a $40M commercial project Daily mentoring from experienced Senior Contracts Administrators Long-term opportunity within a stable commercial builder Clear pathway into a mid-level Contracts Administrator role If you’re ready to build solid foundations in commercial construction with real support behind you, this role is a strong next step.
