Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health. It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North. In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North. Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver. About the Role Reporting to the Executive Office Coordinator this role will provide professional administrative support services, and assistance to Digital Metro North (DMN). This position operates within a high functioning team working independently and collaboratively across all DMN organisation units. Key knowledge and experience The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: * Provide a responsive, customer focused support service to DMN and Metro North Health as a member of the Administration Services team within DMN. * Provide confidential assistance, guidance, and advice to DMN management and other staff on administrative, human resource and financial queries in accordance with departmental policies and procedures. * Assist with ordering of goods and services, stock control, records, and file management. * Provide secretariat duties to DMN meetings, i.e., arrange and coordinate meetings, organise meeting papers, provide confidential and accurate minute taking and distribute information as required. * Provide a reception service function for DMN. * Provide feedback to clients, support staff and DMN management on the status of services requested thus ensuring service levels and client service standards are achieved. * Quickly obtain knowledge of common Microsoft Office® software programs and the ability to acquire knowledge of other Queensland Health specific software to provide administrative support across DMN teams. * Work independently, utilising discretion in the absence of decision makers in establishing work priorities and meeting deadlines, in a changing environment.
