A global supply chain provider specialising in warehousing and freight solutions for the apparel industry is seeking an experienced, hands-on Inbound Warehouse Administrator to join their team based in the northern suburbs. What's on Offer? Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:00pm (hours may vary depending on operational requirements between 6am to 6pm) $36.07 per hour Tullamarine location Ongoing role with a view to permanent employment Main duties will include: Process and verify inbound delivery documentation Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal warehouse teams Perform general administrative duties, including accurate data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) Respond to email enquiries and provide administrative support to operations To be successful in this role you will possess the following: Previous experience in a warehouse administration role (preferred) Efficient in Microsoft office including excel Previous experience working with Warehouse Management system (WMS) Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment The ability to work both independently and as part of a team A positive, "can-do" attitude How to apply If this sounds like the opportunity you have been looking for click APPLY now.
