Full Time, Fixed Term 1 2026 Contract The Southport School is a leading Anglican Day and Boarding school for boys situated on the banks of the beautiful Nerang River in the heart of the Gold Coast. The Southport School has been established for over 122 years and is committed to providing excellence in leadership, learning and teaching, pastoral care and extra-curricular endeavours within a balanced, holistic Christian environment. We are looking for a full-time experienced Mathematics Teacher who is intuitive, vibrant and innovative in their teaching style and delivery of the Mathematics curriculum to capture the hearts and minds of the boys across Years 8 - 12. This position will require an educator to teach across years 8-12 with the ideal candidate to have recent experience and strong mathematical understanding of the new senior mathematics curriculum. Ability to teach Specialist Mathematics is highly desired, but not essential. Candidates are invited to discuss how they develop key foundational skills and build mathematical confidence in students that supports student achievement and academic outcomes. Additionally, we are very interested in hearing from candidates who are keen to be involved in school life outside of the classroom and could contribute or participate in our extensive co-curricular offerings.
