Saint Ignatius’ College Riverview is a Catholic boys’ school in the Jesuit tradition. Located in Lane Cove, Sydney, Cammeraigal Country, this leading independent school delivers a holistic education to both day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12. The College is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our Advancement team on a full-time, 12-month maternity leave contract. This on-site role commences January 2026 and offers a unique opportunity to bring your design expertise to a role that blends creativity with purpose, supporting the College’s communication and engagement initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Designing a wide range of creative assets for College publications, promotional materials, presentations, various College initiatives and events, and advertising. Developing digital design elements for use across the College website, intranet, digital screens, and social media platforms. Supporting the Chief Advancement Officer and Senior Graphic Designer with: General graphic design, print production and interdepartmental liaison. Utilising the College’s ticketing system to manage workflows and timelines. Extensions of the College’s identity assets as required. Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva to support efficient, high-quality content delivery. Coordinating and producing printed materials as required, ensuring brand consistency and timely delivery. Supporting the development of photography & videography briefs as required, and occasionally capturing photography and videography to support communications. ABOUT YOU You’re a creative thinking and skilled designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You enjoy working independently, managing multiple projects with a calm and organised approach. You have great organisational & communication skills, and creativity and multi-tasking come naturally to you. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful candidate will have: A minimum of two years’ experience in a graphic design role. Qualifications in Graphic Design (Diploma or Degree level). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Experience with Canva and similar tools for content collaboration and rapid design.
