This is a hands-on role that combines technical expertise, leadership and a passion for driving innovation in the AI infused intelligent automation space. Hands-On Leadership: Apply your expertise in cloud intelligent automation technologies (AI, Robotics, IDP, workflow etc.) to run experiments and technically lead delivery teams. You will be comfortable being in the detail and contributing to the development process. Lead and Inspire: Mentor a diverse team of intelligent automation specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, data and operations stakeholders to ensure alignment and deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You will be adept at communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Champion Best Practices: Promote and implement operating models and best practices for the full software development lifecycle, including AGILE, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring, and nous with the unique challenges with developing and deploying AI based solutions. What do I need? Solid track-record in delivering intelligent automation solutions in Financial Services or large enterprise (3 years of experience in an engineering leadership role and 5 years experience in delivering intelligent automation implementations desirable) Informed on latest happenings on AI technologies and able to connect that to solutions for real world problems Hands-on experience with AWS/MS cloud engineering ML/AI frameworks and technologies such as Strands, LangChain, AutoGen, A2A or similar Can step between an individual contributor to orchestrator as required, encouraging the best out of the people Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Strong stakeholder management, communication and persuasion skills Qualifications/certifications in cloud engineering intelligent automation platforms (AWS, Microsoft) Why join us?
