This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.54FTE), 39 hours per fortnight, commencing January 2026. About The Role This temporary Administrative Officer role is essential to the efficient management of our senior schooling team, ensuring students are supported in achieving their academic and vocational goals. Key Responsibilities Include Maintaining appointment scheduling and data for SET Plans, work experience, and senior exit interviews. Managing student information and qualification records across various platforms, including OneSchool and QCAA. Assisting with creating and maintaining student USI information. Organising events such as SET Planning and Information Evenings, and promoting senior schooling events. Creating and distributing resources and performing other administrative duties as directed by the Head of Department and Principal. This role would suit a detail-oriented and organised individual who thrives in a dynamic school environment and is passionate about supporting students' success. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Exceptional interpersonal and time management skills. Experience in administration, including scheduling, data entry, and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong written and verbal communication skills. High-level customer service skills. Knowledge of OneSchool and QCAA systems (desirable but not essential). Interested?
