To read more on what it's like to work for West Moreton Health: What it's like to work with us | West Moreton Health About the role The role of Admin Supervisor - Allied Health is to provide leadership, supervision, and support to the Allied Health Ad-ministration Team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, client focused frontline services in a fast paced and demanding environment. This role supports inpatient and referral management and provides high-level confidential, professional, and efficient administrative coordination support to a wide range of outpatient clinics across the Allied Health division. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following: * Previous experience in managing staff in an administrative and clinical environment, including the supervision, leadership, and support of staff as required. * Proven ability to problem solve,establish work priorities, and meet deadlines effectively to ensure the continuity of administrative support services to the Allied Health division. * High level of interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, exercising sound judgement, discretion, and ethical decision making at all times. * Highly developed administrative skills with proven experience in contemporary information technology systems such as HBCIS ieMR, Intermedial Medical Terminology, and digital capabilities, including the Microsoft 365 suite of programs, District Resources, S4HANA, MyHR, WINC, and Queensland Health enterprise solutions.
