Your new role: In this role, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support across the Mums & Bubs service, acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors. You will coordinate appointments, manage correspondence, maintain client records and support Medicare and WorkCover billing, while working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health service. You will: * Act as the first point of contact for phone, face-to-face and written enquiries * Coordinate appointment bookings, referrals and information for clients and services * Provide high-level administrative support including correspondence and diary management * Manage Medicare and WorkCover billing processes with accuracy and attention to detail * Maintain and update client records using Best Practice and CHIMS/ERIC systems This role is being filled using a targeted recruitment process.
