This well-established national firm is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their high-performing Property & Development team. You’ll work closely with major developer clients and long-standing stakeholders across a mix of residential, commercial, industrial and subdivision matters. About the Role You’ll take ownership of a variety of development and conveyancing matters, including: Managing off-the-plan, subdivision and large-scale development files Preparing contracts, drafting correspondence and supporting settlements Handling PEXA transactions and online lodgements Liaising with developers, lenders, agents and other key stakeholders Running searches, enquiries and general due diligence Supporting with billing and diary coordination You’ll be well-supported, with plenty of guidance when you need it, but trusted to get on with your work day-to-day.
