This well-established national firm is looking for an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their high-performing Property & Development team. If you enjoy being part of a close, supportive group and love the fast paced nare of development work, this is a great opportunity to step into a role where you’ll genuinely be valued. You’ll work closely with major developer clients and long-standing stakeholders across a mix of residential, commercial, industrial and subdivision matters. The team is collaborative, welcoming, and focused on helping each other succeed (and they’re hoping to find someone who fits right in). About the Role You’ll take ownership of a variety of development and conveyancing matters, including: Managing off-the-plan, subdivision and large-scale development files Preparing contracts, drafting correspondence and supporting settlements Handling PEXA transactions and online lodgements Liaising with developers, lenders, agents and other key stakeholders Running searches, enquiries and general due diligence Supporting with billing and diary coordination You’ll be well-supported, with plenty of guidance when you need it, but trusted to get on with your work day-to-day.
