You'll manage staff, client relationships, scheduling and quoting smaller works, while ensuring gardens are maintained to a high standard. Key focus areas: * Leading and coordinating maintenance teams * Managing client relationships and service delivery * Quoting small garden works and improvements * Planning schedules and workflow * Supporting business growth and client retention Ideal background: * 6 years' experience in residential garden maintenance * Strong organisation, admin and computer skills * Experience managing staff and customers * Cert III in Horticulture / Landscaping / Parks & Gardens (preferred) Role 2 - Landscape Construction Team Leader Salary: $80K-$90K super vehicle, fuel card & phone This is a hands-on leadership role delivering high-end residential landscape construction projects.
