About You: Previous experience within a residential construction (builder, developer, or volume housing environment). High attention to detail with strong document control and compliance capability (including use of NSW Planning Portal). Confident communicator capable of liaising with trades, suppliers and internal stakeholders. Experience using Framework construction management software (preferred). Role Summary This position acts as a central coordination point within a residential construction business, covering both pre-construction and construction administration. You will prepare and issue tenders and contracts, manage documentation and workflows and support customer service and building teams to ensure projects progress smoothly from setup through to completion. It is a hands-on operational role suited to someone who understands residential construction sequencing and site priorities. Over time, there is scope to manage a small number of client projects, with training and support provided as the role evolves. Key Responsibilities Pre-Construction Administration Support Compiling tender and contract presentation packs Creation and setup of job files Supporting the pre-construction team with general administrative coordination Ordering required site reports (Soil Tests, Contour Surveys, Section 10.7 Certificates, DBYD, etc.) Preparation and issuing of HIA building contracts Processing drafting and design requests Processing Homeowner Warranty Insurance applications Updating BusinessCraft events, workflow notes and project milestones Construction Administration Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the construction team Retrieve, review, file and store inspection reports and compliance certificates within company drive and portal structure Maintain and manage job files and construction documentation Process additional materialsrequests and purchase orders in accordance with internal systems and approval processes Prepare and arrange client settlement and handover packs upon construction completion Compile documentation and coordinate lodgement of Occupation Certificates How to Apply Interested?
