This unique opportunity will also allow you to complete a Certificate III in Business Administration. About The Role As the Administration Trainee, you will: Provide general administrative support to the regional office, including tasks such as typing, filing, maintaining records, data entry, creating spreadsheets, and photocopying while ensuring all documents are managed accurately and kept confidential. Provide courteous, efficient and prompt customer service to both external and internal clients. Assist team members by contributing to shared tasks and meeting deadlines. Complete duties in line with established guidelines and procedures, while identifying ways to improve how tasks are performed. Assist with ordering stationery, monitoring stock levels and ensuring stationery supplies are available. Participate actively as a team member by collaborating and contributing to a positive and inclusive workplace culture. What We Are Looking For The position requires an applicant who can: Show a willingness to learn and follow guidelines, procedures and instructions, with the ability to quickly develop new skills that contribute to the team and department. Build and maintain positive relationships with team members and customers by sharing information and keeping the team and stakeholders informed of any issues. Demonstrate basic computer literacy including the ability to use Microsoft Office suite, or willingness to quickly develop these skills. Communicate effectively and work well with a diverse range of people, using strong interpersonal skills. Apply sound time management skills to ensure regular attendance at work and complete tasks and activities efficiently. Commit to completing a Certificate III in Business Administration, understanding the dedication required to undertake this study.
