Retail Talent Manager Sydney - CBD Full-Time As the Retail Talent Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment across a multi-site retail footprint, partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver scalable, high-quality hiring at pace. With further store openings planned for 2026, it is a very exciting time to join! You’ll take ownership of volume recruitment for leadership roles, lead and develop a small specialist talent team, and continuously improve recruitment processes, systems, and outcomes. This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic influence. You’ll bring data, creativity, and commercial thinking together to build talent pipelines, support growth, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience. What you'll do: Lead and develop a high-performing retail talent team, delivering fast, high-quality hiring at scale Own end-to-end recruitment for retail leadership roles across a large ANZ network Partner with senior retail leaders to prioritise roles, set timelines, and deliver against hiring goals Use data and insights to improve recruitment efficiency, quality, and candidate outcomes Build proactive talent pools to support growth, succession, and new store openings Lead peak trade and new store recruitment, keeping delivery seamless and on track Elevate the employer brand and ensure a positive, human candidate experience from start to finis What you'll bring: 5 years’ experience in recruitment, across in-house and/or agency environments Proven background in retail or high-volume hiring Experience leading volume recruitment campaigns, including peak trade and new store openings Strong analytical capability, with confidence turning data into insight and action Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Experience leading and developing a small team Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment What you'll get: A role with real influence across a large retail network Central CBD location Monthly culture and connection events Birthday leave Paid parental leave Referral bonuses Ongoing learning, development, and clear career pathways Generous staff discounts for you, friends, and family Access to wellbeing support, & EAP
