Temporary, Fixed-Term and Permanent Opportunities Hobart and Southern Tasmania We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Administration Assistants who are open to upcoming opportunities across the private sector. These roles are primarily temporary, with some fixed-term and permanent positions arising from time to time. This is about building a reliable, capable pool of admin all-rounders we can confidently put forward when our clients need support at short notice or for planned cover. About the roles Our clients operate across a range of industries and typically require support with day-to-day office administration and basic finance tasks. Assignments can range from short-term cover through to longer contracts, occasionally with the potential to extend. Typical duties may include: General office administration and coordination Data entry and document management Answering phones and managing inboxes Diary and meeting coordination Invoicing, purchase orders and expense processing Accounts payable and receivable support Timesheets and payroll assistance Maintaining records and internal systems Ad hoc admin support to teams and managers What we're looking for To be considered, you will generally have: A minimum of two years recent administration experience gained locally in Australia Experience working as an admin all-rounder rather than in a narrow, single-task role Confidence using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Exposure to accounting systems such as Xero and or MYOB Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills Clear communication and a professional approach The ability to adapt quickly in new environments, particularly in temp roles Temp experience is highly regarded, especially if you are comfortable stepping into new workplaces, picking things up quickly and adding value from day one. What's on offer Salary guide of $55,000 - 65,000 per annum plus super, depending on experience Casual Rate (Temp): approximately $35–$41 per hour plus superannuation, depending on experience and assignment requirements.
