Due to this ongoing success and clear revenue projections, they are predicting steady growth in what is an incredibly exciting time for the business. The Role This is an exciting, newly created opportunity for an Accountant to work on a Part Time (3 or 4 Days per week) basis. This is an autonomous role reporting to the company Director and based in their head office in Windsor. The responsibilities will include, but not limited to include: • Management of Accounts mailbox • Subcontractor, Services and Supplier bills processing through Nexvia and Xero (daily) • Payment of Subcontractor, Services and Supplier bills (weekly) • Progress Claims and Client invoicing (monthly) • BAS (quarterly) & PAYG (monthly) • Preparation of End of Month reports (monthly) • Operational budgeting and reporting (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually) • Management of Credit Facility and staff credit cards • Facilitate Bank Guarantees and Term Deposits with Director • Hubdoc management & staff expense claims and Director expenses • Provide Project Support & Administration as required • Cashflow reporting including WIP • Strategic finance planning About you The successful individual will have 5 years experience in a similar role, have a relevant Bachelors degree and either a CPA or CA qualification. You will be proactive, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to pick up things quickly. It will be very beneficial to have worked within the construction industry, but not essential. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multitask with high attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Suite and the accounting software XERO. Exposure to JobPac/CHEOPS/Coins/Procore or similar systems is ideal. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking autonomous responsibility in an exciting, fast paced and evolving business.
