Some of the responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Creating a friendly environment and delivering a positive resident experience, Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing, Operate the day-to-day front desk reception area with a focus on providing an exceptional resident experience Coordinating and execute administrative duties (including incoming and outgoing mail, filing, etc.). What we’re looking for A background in reception or hospitality will provide you with a good grounding for this role A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Resilience and ability to work under high pressure, and a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High levels of computer literacy with ability to learn new systems Someone who exercises a “we care” attitude. Unrestricted work rights in Australia National Police Check (completed within last 3 months) Working with Children’s Check (SA) SA Real Estate Qualification: Hold or can acquire a valid and current Certificate – Property Management Registration registered with the department of Consumer Business and Services.
