This role is in the DroneShield Sydney headquarters in Sydney CBD. There are approximately 390 staff based in the 4,000sqm facility today, scheduled to grow to approximately 500 staff by end of 2026. Overseas on the ground presence includes Virginia (USA), Denmark, Germany and Dubai, as well as distributors in over 70 countries globally. About the role DroneShield is seeking a hands-on Senior IT Systems Admin to support the implementation, integration, and optimisation of enterprise systems — with an initial focus on Oracle Fusion, Salesforce and related business applications. This role is highly technical and suited to someone passionate about system integrations, cloud environments, and automation. You will work with the IT and Security teams to maintain and manage DroneShield IT Systems with a focus on Oracle Fusion, Salesforce and other business applications. You will play a key role in ensuring systems are optimised, integrated seamlessly, and meet the evolving needs of a fast-paced, innovation-driven defence technology company. Responsibilities, Duties and Expectations Maintain and support business application integrations on the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform Be the first point of contact to any Oracle Fusion Applications and Salesforce technical issues Work with the Oracle and Salesforce vendors to ensure platform availability and security Maintain and manage strong identity and access management controls (OAuth, SAML, TLS) across the business systems Apply security best practices and support governance across all business systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration or performance issues Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to improve system interoperability and automation Support low-friction change management processes within the business systems Qualifications, Experience and Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 2 years of experience in CRM and ERP or Business Systems Engineering roles Proven experience integrating and supporting enterprise systems such as Oracle Fusion, Salesforce or similar CRM and ERP platforms Understanding of Windows, MacOS and Linux OS environments Expertise in MS Entra ID and MDM administration Proficiency using tools such as PowerShell and Bash Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and protocols Experience working in Linux environments, with confidence on the command line Understanding of IT operations and service management practices Note for recruitment agencies: We do not accept unsolicited candidates from external recruiters unless specifically instructed.
