Job Title: Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator Company Name: Programmed Electrical Technologies Location: Collingwood Job Type: Full-time Industry: Information & Communication Technology Programmed Electrical Technologies is seeking a proactive Warehouse & Delivery Coordinator to join our Collingwood team. In this dynamic, hands-on position, you'll be instrumental in supporting our warehouse operations and overseeing the coordination of project deliveries. Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and tidy warehouse, workshop, and office environment Receive, check, and store inward and outward goods appropriately Complete and forward paperwork for processing Prepare project materials and goods ahead of deployment Service equipment regularly and keep accurate service records (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) Ensure all work is completed safely, following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies Wear appropriate PPE and complete all HSE requirements before starting work Identify and report hazards, incidents, and accidents promptly Promote a Zero Harm culture and actively participate in HSEQ matters Assist with loading/unloading goods, receiving deliveries, and dispatching goods Store goods safely and maintain clear, organised storage areas Keep up-to-date records of stock and assets Notify the team when job lots are complete and follow up on equipment orders Proactively use safety systems and manual handling practices About You: Valid Victorian driver’s license Minimum 2 years’ experience as a storeperson or similar role (desirable) Forklift and/or walkie stacker license and demonstrated competency Strong commitment to safety and proactive risk management Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to balance customer requirements with operational needs Appreciation for diversity and teamwork Care and empathy for colleagues, customers, and the community.
