Why You'll Love This Role We are seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Head Office team based at our Acacia Ridge office. Working within a small team, you will be assisting the customer service function of the business. Customer service but not call centre, you are the key link between our customer and depots. What You'll Do The facilitation and management of customer orders and jobs received Liaising with operational staff to ensure all customer requirements are met Managing freight bookings and time slot requests Ad hoc administrative duties as required What you bring: Previous experience in customer service as part of a busy fast paced team ideally in transport, warehouse & logistics Polished communication, exceptional service mindset and natural relationship building skills Strong MS Office and systems confidence Ability to prioritise high volumes of work and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with the willingness to learn Superior planning and organisational skills with excellent time management skills A genuine care factor for the needs of the internal and external customer What we offer: Career development opportunities in a growing organisation.
