What does the job look like? In this role, you will efficiently handle customer requests and queries in relation to their freight being handled at Linfox Hazelmere site. This role is the face of Linfox for customer enquiries and requires someone to deliver excellent customer service. Key areas: Monitoring all fleet related activities and assist with any required transport administration duties Document checking to ensure the specific criteria is met Responding to client and supplier queries in relation to freight tracking and deliveries Completion of reports and accurate data entry into a variety of systems including SAP and Excel Providing excellent customer service to our key clients Liaising with internal staff and providing customer feedback Are you the one? You are customer service oriented and have excellent problem solving, negotiation and people skills.
