We are seeking a highly skilled Accountant (CPA or equivalent) to join our team on a Casual. What We’re Looking For: A detail-oriented, proactive professional who is confident managing end-to-end accounting functions. You should be organised, reliable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility with working hours (between 12–30 hours per week) is essential. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Financial Accounting & Reporting Prepare General Ledger, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheet Handle full banking functions including reconciliations Manage working capital, cash flow, and weekly forex requirement reports Payroll & Compliance Process payroll accurately and on time Maintain leave records, payroll tax, superannuation, WorkCover, and related compliance Liaise with external accountants and auditors for GST, taxation, and annual accounts Accounts Management Full debtor control including records maintenance and collections Supervise and verify creditor payments and processing Administration & Operations Manage general insurance matters including claims and renewals Handle banking communications and related matters Assist with general office duties such as answering calls and liaising with property agents Provide support with other ad hoc administrative tasks as needed About the Role: This is a hands-on position ideal for someone looking for flexibility without compromising professional scope.
