Your role at St John of God Ballarat Hospital The Enrolled Nurse as a member of the nursing team participates in the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care, they are responsible for providing quality patient care and customer service. Under supervision of a Registered Nurse, deliver nursing care to allocated patients. Document patients' care and progress according to hospital policies and standards. Report information regarding patients to appropriate personnel. Escort patients, maintaining safety at all times, to and from the ward as directed. Attend all mandatory and recommended OHS training as scheduled by Group Services. You will have a registration with Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse, ability to work effectively and harmoniously within the team, effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to problem solve or seek help from appropriate resources and the aptitude to implement care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
