About your opportunity: In this position you will * Build relationships with customers, using strong communication and negiotiation skills to understand customers needs and to deliver a service that meets their needs and the policy guidelines. * Co-ordinate the collection and collation of the 'end of month' statistics to assist managers in completing required reports. * Contribute to the Divisions operational goals by participating in flexible administrative work solutions: including long and short term assistance to other teams/service areas as directed and according to operational needs. About your role: * The Administration Officer Diabetes functions in a team environment of administrative officers and reports through the Administration Team Leader, Manager ABSI up to the Divisional Director of Integrated Medicine. * Exercise judgement and discretion in undertaking various tasks whilst being responsible for the quality of the work undertaken. * Manage workload appropriately: prioritising tasks, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes. About you: In your new role you will * Execute ethical decision-making in the achievement of departmental and organisational objectives. * Ensure mandatory training is kept up to date. * Develop and maintain knowledge of the use, function and application of videoconferencing technology in order to effectively provide support and advice to the other district health service staff on the use of the equipment.
