About your opportunity: * Apply a demonstrated level of knowledge of management and skills when performing a wide range of administrative tasks including data entry, report production, order supplies, filing, mail management and answering telephone calls. * Provide timely, accurate information and advice to the relevant managers on the status and progress of administrative tasks, including identifying factors that may impact on the completion of these tasks. * Respond to inquiries from internal and external clients, researching systems capabilities and determining if requests can be met as well as ensuring confidentiality is maintained as per the Code of Conduct. * Develop and proactively foster effective working relationships with all levels of staff, including dealing with sensitive or confidential information and maintain cooperative relationships within and external to the Health Service.
