About the Role: A well-established WA commercial builder is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to support a growing pipeline of projects up to $15M across the Perth metro area. This is an ideal role for someone looking for stability, structure, and the chance to work with a supportive team known for delivering well-organised, high-quality builds. You’ll work closely with project and site teams, taking ownership of the commercial function while contributing to efficient and accurate project delivery.
