Our client, a major brand in the marine industry, is seeking an experienced Commercial Sales Manager – Marine to lead commercial and government sales across Australia. This role suits someone with strong marine knowledge—especially outboard motors—and the ability to build and manage relationships with commercial operators, dealers, and government agencies. The Role As the Commercial Sales Manager – Marine, you will: Drive national commercial and government sales growth for outboard motors and water vehicles. Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership. Analyse market conditions and data to shape successful commercial plans. Support State Sales teams and strengthen the dealer network to maximise commercial opportunities. Communicate product and promotional information to commercial partners. Attend relevant boat shows, field days, and industry events as required. Provide monthly commercial sales reporting and accurate forecasting. Liaise with the service division on product performance and maintenance issues. Work closely with finance and insurance partners to increase business uptake. Complete all required administrative tasks, itineraries, and DMS reporting in a timely manner. Travel across Australia as required to support commercial partners and business needs. What You Bring Essential: Strong knowledge of outboard motors and the marine industry. Proven commercial sales experience in marine, automotive, industrial, or mechanical sectors. Ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets to build effective strategies. Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to influence at all levels. Experience leading both direct and indirect team members. Highly organised with strong administrative skills and accuracy in reporting. Competent with technology, CRM, and Microsoft Office. Current driver’s licence, boat licence, and PWC/water vehicle licence . Understanding of commercial, government, and franchised dealer environments. Why This Role?
