This is a standout opportunity for a commercially minded leader ready to take ownership of a significant project while mentoring a capable CA team. You’ll work within a high-performing project group that values clarity, collaboration, and accountability—backed by a strong pipeline of long-term work. The Role You’ll oversee all commercial and contractual functions of the project, ensuring accuracy, strong communication, and financial control. Key Responsibilities Oversee procurement, variations, progress claims, and full commercial reporting Administer contracts from initial award through to final accounts Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Mentor and develop junior CAs, lifting standards across the commercial team Maintain accurate financial documentation and contractual compliance About You Proven Senior CA experience on large commercial or mixed-use builds Confident across procurement, cost management, and high-level reporting Clear communicator with strong problem-solving ability Enjoys developing and guiding junior staff Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $180K–$200K Super , depending on experience Lead commercial delivery on a key $65M project Supportive, team-focused environment with strong leadership Long-term security with real upward progression Work with a builder known for quality outcomes and developing their people Ready to take the lead on a major project and guide the next generation of CAs?
