With multiple large projects already underway and a well-secured pipeline, the team is now seeking an experienced Project Contracts Administrator to support commercial delivery across high-value builds. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor procurement, variations, progress claims, and contract administration Track budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to support project performance Keep all contract documentation accurate, organised, and up to date Work closely with Project Managers, consultants, and site teams to maintain smooth delivery Use Cheops or similar systems for cost control and reporting Assist with commercial risk management and cost-related decision making About You Experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects $20M Strong skills across procurement, contract negotiation, and financial management Cheops experience preferred Excellent communication, accuracy, and organisational discipline Perth-based with full Australian working rights What’s On Offer $180K–$190K Super (experience dependent) Secure involvement in large-scale, long-term commercial builds Join a well-run Tier 2 builder known for stability and professionalism Clear pathways toward senior commercial roles Supportive leadership and strong project systems Ready to step into a high-value commercial role with long-term growth?
