Your New Role Reporting to the Manager – Service Management, you will play a key role in the transition from the existing ITSM Tool to ServiceNow. The ServiceNow Administrator is responsible for the continued development and support of the ServiceNow platform managing all phases of the platform lifecycle and best practices, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment. Key responsibilities and duties Responsible for understanding the needs of all stakeholders for changes to ITSM functionality including working directly with business users to capture requirements Reviewing and updating configuration within the platform with a focus on continuous improvement and Automation Provide pro-active process improvements Responsible for discovery and service mapping in ServiceNow Perform audits and contributing to management level reporting Nurture and maintain internal relationships across all levels of the Fund Nurture supplier and other external partnership opportunities for value co-creation Operate and make decisions according to the Fund’s Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund’s Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities What You’ll Need 5 years’ experience administrating ServiceNow ServiceNow System Administrator certified Relevant ITIL certifications, plus extensive working knowledge and understanding of IT service management and ITIL processes including Incident, Problem and Change, Configuration and Release Management Experience in supporting discovery and service mapping in ServiceNow Proven ability to implement ITSM platform improvement initiatives each promoting quality assurance and Consistency Excellent spoken and written communication Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, building rapport and awareness of internal and external Issues Ability to develop and maintain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and outside the Fund Dedication to excellent customer Life at AustralianSuper AustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
