About the Role As a System Administrator, you will own and maintain internal business systems, manage endpoints across a remote workforce, and support L2 technical escalations. You’ll play a key role in system reliability, security compliance, and effective issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain internal business systems, ensuring reliability, performance, and security. Oversee device and endpoint management across Australia, the Philippines, and India. Support information security activities, access controls, and compliance with ISO-aligned standards. Investigate, reproduce, and troubleshoot issues using diagnostic tools and structured analysis. Own L2 support tickets, communicate with stakeholders, and drive timely resolution. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Strong technical proficiency across MS365, Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview, Exchange, SharePoint. Experience with SQL, network and performance tools, logs, and API monitoring. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.
