This role will suit anyone from a sales or production estimating background - training will also be provided for the right candidate. About the Role You'll work across a variety of residential projects including standard single and double-storey homes, dual occupancies and fully customised homes. You'll be involved in: Preparing tenders, take-offs and BOQs Reviewing plans, drawings and specifications Assisting with pricing, cost estimates and variations Working with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely documentation Using Databuild and Companion systems (training provided if needed) Campbelltown area This builder has a very high tender conversion rate , so you'll be working in a high-performing team with strong systems and consistent workflow. They also have an excellent work culture with very little staff turnover.
